Ride with confidence knowing your Co2 canisters are safe and secure. This innovative design provides a dedicated storage space for Co2 canisters on your bike which are easily accessible and also protect the canisters from dirt and debris. This unique design minimises the risk of losing canisters on rough terrain and improves the efficiency of a puncture repair.

Developed over the duration of the 2023 gravel season and run at some of the worlds biggest events, the focus was on how to reduce the time and increase the efficiency of puncture repairs in a race application.

Secure mounting

Built in redundancy to ensure Co2 canisters are secure over rough terrain. The form of the mount is moulded to the exact shape of the canister whilst the nitrile strap adds an extra layer of security

Exceptional quality

State of the art MJF manufacturing technology which fuses layers of nylon powder together, resulting in a product engineered for the toughest conditions out there

Element protection

The versatile design allows the Co2 canister to be stored so that the threads are protected from mud and dirt, allowing seamless install of a Co2 head. Water ingress is solved with a small drainage hole

Lightweight design

Optimised design to reduce weight and allow for vibration dampening over rough terrain. The vibrations are transferred through into the mount instead of working your Co2 canisters lose

Adjustable height

Slotted design allows up to 10mm of adjustment to clear a front derailleur or chain guide. This allows the perfect fit to be achieved and the mount feels more integrated into the bike

Co2 storage

Designed to securely store and protect two 16g Co2 canisters. The canisters can be stored with the threads facing down or a Co2 head already fitted and ready to go in case of a puncture

Why we created the Co2 Safe?

The goal was simple, create a solution that could increase the efficiency and speed of puncture repairs. Drawing inspiration from Motorsport and the world of WRC, the Co2 Safe was engineered to provide a secure mounting location for Co2 canisters that was also easily accessible.

Developed over the duration of the 2023 gravel season and run at events such as Unbound, The Rift, UCI Gravel World Championships and the UCI Gravel World Series. This is a system developed at the highest level of racing and designed to endure the toughest conditions.
